Eligibility & Consent

The App is available only to users aged 13 or older. If you are not of legal age in your jurisdiction, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf.

Service Description

Block Chill is a mobile entertainment application offering block puzzle gameplay. It may include reward programs, promotions, and in-app advertising. Features, reward rules, and UI may be changed, limited, or discontinued at any time.

Account, Access & Security

• You are responsible for activity on your device and within your app session
• Do not share credentials, bypass authentication, or access systems without authorization
• Provide accurate information for withdrawals, identity verification, or support requests
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Use bots, scripts, emulators, or similar tools to manipulate rewards, ads, or gameplay
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code except where permitted by law
• Attack or disrupt https://apoi.blockcll.com or partner systems
• Submit fraudulent withdrawal requests or manipulate ad impressions
• Violate applicable laws or harass other users

Rewards, Withdrawals & PayPal

• Rewards (when offered) are promotional and subject to in-app rules
• Withdrawals may require minimum balances, fraud review, and verified PayPal details
• Requests that appear fraudulent or violate rules may be delayed, canceled, or denied
• Processing times depend on PayPal, financial partners, compliance, and your region

Intellectual Property

Software, visual assets, trademarks, logos, and content in the App belong to us or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial entertainment under these Terms.

Advertising & Third-Party Services

The App may integrate third-party services for advertising, analytics, and payments. Each service is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for third-party content, offers, or practices we do not control.

Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share personal data. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and understood it.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, or pose a risk to users or the platform. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

Disclaimers

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $50, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Block Chill, its operators, and affiliates from claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are interpreted under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rules in your jurisdiction. Before formal proceedings, contact erosbrulottejs635@gmail.com to seek a good-faith resolution.

Non-waivable rights under local consumer protection laws are not limited by these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as the App evolves or legal requirements change. Material revisions may be communicated through the App or other reasonable channels before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
